This all original song album was created in late 2020 and the first half of 2021 in Corbyville, Ontario. It includes 2 older songs from 2016, Machine Gun and After The Show. This was recorded in a garage on a Zoom R16 with final mixing done on Audacity. This is the straight ahead garage, groove rock you don't hear anymore. Well written, thoughtful and often funny lyrics take these song up a notch from songs you hear today. With groovy, straight ahead rockers like Celebrate, Quicksand and Throttle It Up to more soulful rock grooves like Youthful Days, RNR Coat Tails and the Blair sung story of the Halifax explosion. Without a click track or fancy studio, the true raw power is maintained along with a mistake here and there. Distillery's creative duo of Blair and Mark have been playing together for 25 years. This dynamic comes through in the rhythmic grooves throughout. Krista's powerful, soulful singing pulls the album together with her 7 songs. Thanks for your support.
